Provide labor and equipment to install steam line upgrade.

  • Library Way: Remove and replace approximately 550’ of steam piping and remove/replace necessary pipe supports and anchors
  • Main Street: Remove existing piping and supply/install approximately 360’ of new prefab piping including necessary supports
  • Provide connections to Congreve Hall chiller
