Project Overview:

R.H. Whited Construction Inc. provided Construction Management services for a Compressed Natural Gas Compression and Loading Facility. The facility incorporated compression technology in a manned loading station for transport to virtual pipeline energy applications.
Six loading stations were constructed with considerations for a future vehicle fueling terminal. The scope included off load and installation of the following; four (4) ANGI compressors, one(1) PSB, natural gas dryers, pre-engineered control building, pipe rack and support assembly, six (6) modules at fill bays, install approximately 2,000 feet of stainless steel and carbon steel piping. Additional C/M scope items awarded to R.H. White included installation of fire detection system, security system wiring, paving, one (1) Trane water chiller with heat exchanger piping, EPA required turtle fencing, pre-cast meter station building with associated piping and electrical,and  site work for bulk propane facility relocation.

R.H. White managed and coordinated site work, material, and equipment delivery, all sub-contractors, and trades, electrical, fire alarm, security, mechanical work, concrete, fencing, plumbing, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) workbook control and submittal. R.H. White also provided 7500 PSI testing of the gas pipe system.
