Columbia Gas of Massachusetts

This was a construction management assignment consisting of a design/build, own/operate project that consisted of a 12,354 square foot pre-engineered mobile operations deployment facility, with office and warehouse space.

• Foundation designed by pre-engineered metal building partner. Standard construction consisting of frost walls on spread footings and slab on grade.
• The R.H. White design team was responsible for submitting the site plan review, coordinating design with local authorities and obtaining all permits.
