Columbia Gas of Massachusetts – Shrewsbury, MA

This was a design/build project on a 17 acre site which included a 24,400 sq. ft. training center, 3,400 sq. ft. weld shop and outside safety training areas.

 

• Foundation designed by pre-engineered metal building partner. Standard construction consisting of frost walls on spread footings and slab on grade.
• The R.H. White design team was responsible for submitting for site plan review, coordinating design with local authorities and obtaining all permits.
• Parcel includes mock neighborhood of mini homes and businesses complete with underground utilities, meters and regulators where instructors create/control various emergency training scenarios.
