Project Overview:

This was a design/build project involving partial renovation to the first floor of Building 3. Project included reconfiguration of 3,200 sf of lab space to closed offices, open workspaces and ancillary spaces for a Customer Experience Center.

  • Project was built around active office space which required special coordination to minimize operational down time for the client and also keep schedule in place.
  • High standard finish required a constant punch list from the minute the drywall was installed.
  • The project team coordinated and supervised its own preferred vendors, hired subcontractors and owner’s vendors.
  • Project team was involved with the design to verify existing conditions and make sure the drawings could be executed in accordance with the projected budget and schedule.
