Millennial Mentors – Third Session Underway

In 2016 Vice President of Shared Services, Kim Dunn, began a journey to gain knowledge and understanding of our Millennial Generation by being mentored by current R.H. White and WhiteWater millennials. Kim is now working with her third round of courageous millennials who have taken on the challenge to provide her with knowledge on what their generation is thinking and feeling in relation to the workplace and careers.

Kim stated, “I have learned a great deal over the last three years and wanted to continue the program to expand my understanding of their concerns, insights and ideas. It has been a beneficial way to gain knowledge from different perspectives; so much so that I recently sought out a third team of millennials.”

The latest team consists of:

  • Chris Astephen, Operations Coordinator – WhiteWater
  • Lexi Sturgis, Construction Management Trainee (CMT) working in the Mechanical Construction Division – R.H. White
  • Andrew Langhill, Technology Research Analyst – R.H. White

Kim is committed to prepare the R.H. White Companies to adapt to generational changes in the workplace and to ensure the company remains a great place to work!
