Michael Morrow Joins R.H. White as Business Unit Leader for Building Construction Division

R.H. White Construction is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Morrow as the new Business Unit Leader for its Building Construction Division. With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and strategic vision to his new role.

A versatile construction executive, Mike has built a distinguished career through roles in civil and structural engineering, design management and execution, construction management, and as an owner/developer project executive.  He has worked for leading firms such as Related Beal, Structure Tone, and Shawmut Design and Construction. His project portfolio includes landmark developments in Greater Boston, such as the $200+ million Kenmore Square redevelopment and complex institutional projects for Harvard University and MIT.

Mike will lead the Building Construction team in his new position at R.H. White, focusing on operational excellence, business growth, and delivering exceptional client value. His proven ability to guide large multidisciplinary teams through every project phase, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring strategic alignment, positions him as a valuable addition to the company’s leadership.

Mike is a licensed Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts. He holds an MBA from the University of Derby in Derby, England, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology from the University of Ulster, Belfast, Northern Ireland.

He is based out of R.H. White’s Auburn, MA office.
