Thomas Descoteaux, Senior Vice President of the R.H. White Companies, received the 2017 Kenneth O. Hodgson Distinguished Service Award by the New England Water Works Association (NEWWA), the region’s largest and oldest not-for-profit organization of water works professionals. The Kenneth O. Hodgson Distinguished Service Award provides recognition for outstanding service to NEWWA and the waterworks industry by a member from the service, manufacturing, or contracting area.
