Construct a 24,000 sq. ft. Pre-Engineered Metal Building for warehouse needs. Work took place adjacent to an existing manufacturing operation without interrupting daily operations.
- Demolish existing parking lot and existing fencing and containment area.
- Excavate and backfill 24K sq. ft. addition.
- Excavate, install and backfill, new 8″ fire line and hydrant, 15″ roof drainage system, and new underground electrical duct bank.
- Excavate and install two infiltration basins for site drainage.
- Grade and slope site with the use of Trimble GPS guidance.
- Grade, pave and stripe new parking lot and fire lane.
