Comprehensive replacement of critical HVAC infrastructure at National Grid’s North Andover facility, aimed at enhancing system reliability, energy efficiency, and operational safety.

  • Replaced (2) 200-ton chiller units to improve cooling performance and reduce energy consumption.
  • Installed new condenser pumps and circuit breakers to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Extended the concrete equipment pad to accommodate the upgraded mechanical systems.
  • Replaced all existing power wiring from the new equipment to the existing Building Management System (BMS) panel, ensuring seamless integration and control.
  • Integration of WPR2-100 monitoring devices on chilled water return lines for enhanced diagnostics and system performance tracking.
  • Reconfiguration of insulated piping, valves, and gauges to support the new equipment and optimize chilled water distribution.
