National Grid Heat Pump Installation

Replace the aging HVAC infrastructure within a critical training center. The project reflects our ongoing relationship and the client’s trust in our ability to deliver essential infrastructure upgrades with  minimal disruption to National Grid’s daily business operations.

• Provided labor, equipment, and materials to replace 21 Energy Recovery Ventilators throughout the building with accompanying upgraded ductwork and appropriate controls.
• Navigated the challenges of this building expansion within a live training environment using a phased approach for classroom renovations, rotating classes through open rooms.
• The live business environment necessitated stringent safety protocols, robust communication, and close coordination with facility operations.
• Collaborated with trusted long-term subcontractor partners which contributed to the successful delivery of the project.
