Project was located close to railroad lines. Coordinated with owner and rail operator for safe use of the line while project was underway.
During installation of air slides, worked closely with Safety Department to ensure all employees were aware of hazards and safety plan for confined space work.and equipment were used properly.
Portions of project were at heights greater than 75 feet. Ensure that all safety procedures and equipment were used properly.
Rework travel paths of vehicles while working in active trucking area. Install temporary fencing to separate construction area from truck area.
