Construct a 24,000 sq. ft. Pre-Engineered Metal Building for warehouse needs. Work took place adjacent to an existing manufacturing operation without interrupting daily operations.
Demolish existing parking lot and existing fencing and containment area.
Excavate and backfill 24K sq. ft. addition.
Excavate, install and backfill, new 8″ fire line and hydrant, 15″ roof drainage system, and new underground electrical duct bank.
Excavate and install two infiltration basins for site drainage.
Grade and slope site with the use of Trimble GPS guidance.
Grade, pave and stripe new parking lot and fire lane.
