Facility expansion included both a paving reclamation and new pavement component as well as an expansion to the building’s trash dock. All work was self-performed.
Pulverize and remove 4,500 tons of asphalt grindings, regrade entire area, install two new layers of asphalt as well as lining and striping.
Repair catch basins, install 4,500 linear feet of fire line, storm and sanitary sewers and electrical duct bank.
Repair and expand 6,000 square feet of concrete loading dock area.
Timeline necessitated a tight turnaround with parking lot reclamation and repaving completed in 10 days.
