Removal of existing dissolved air flotation (DAF) thickener, installation of a new enclosed gravity belt thickener (GBT) with associated equipment. Construct interior walls to enclose the GBTs, exterior window replacement with new masonry wall, HVAC, instrumentation, and electrical upgrades within the Operations Building.
