R.H. White Companies, a construction services and utility management firm, announced the appointment of Jeff Towle as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Mr. Towle will manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s five business units – building construction, mechanical construction, utility construction, construction services and the company’s water utility management division, WhiteWater, Inc.
