Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, rest stops and shower stations were  eliminated  at this year’s Pan Mass Challenge. David White was stumped and wanted to figure out a way to get his exhausted (and sweaty) team a shower before the long ride home. He approached the Rental Department with the challenge and they calmly and confidently replied. “We’ve got this!” After riding 112 miles in the 90-degree heat, David and the team greatly appreciated their problem solving in providing a portable shower system. “That’s what we do right? President and CEO, David White and his wife, Shirley, recently had the opportunity to meet some of the 10 Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) student recipients of the Ralph H. White Scholarship and the Leonard and Ann White Endowed Scholarship. The White Family is recognized as a very generous supporter of WPI and its relationship with the university dates back to the 1940’s when second-generation leader of the R.H.
