- Project was located close to railroad lines. Coordinated with owner and rail operator for safe use of the line while project was underway.
- During installation of air slides, worked closely with Safety Department to ensure all employees were aware of hazards and safety plan for confined space work.and equipment were used properly.
- Portions of project were at heights greater than 75 feet. Ensure that all safety procedures and equipment were used properly.
- Rework travel paths of vehicles while working in active trucking area. Install temporary fencing to separate construction area from truck area.
