This was a design/build project involving partial renovation to the first floor of Building 3. Project included reconfiguration of 3,200 sf of lab space to closed offices, open workspaces and ancillary spaces for a Customer Experience Center.
Project was built around active office space which required special coordination to minimize operational down time for the client and also keep schedule in place.
High standard finish required a constant punch list from the minute the drywall was installed.
The project team coordinated and supervised its own preferred vendors, hired subcontractors and owner’s vendors.
Project team was involved with the design to verify existing conditions and make sure the drawings could be executed in accordance with the projected budget and schedule.
