This was a design/build project on a 17 acre site which included a 24,400 sq. ft. training center, 3,400 sq. ft. weld shop and outside safety training areas.
Foundation designed by pre-engineered metal building partner. Standard construction consisting of frost walls on spread footings and slab on grade.
The R.H. White design team was responsible for submitting for site plan review, coordinating design with local authorities and obtaining all permits.
Parcel includes mock neighborhood of mini homes and businesses complete with underground utilities, meters and regulators where instructors create/control various emergency training scenarios.
