Construction of a 9,000 square foot Wellness Center addition with a running track that passes through a glass tunnel suspended above a family gymnasium. The major portion of the work is the 9,000 square foot Wellness Center addition. Renovation work includes upgrades to all locker rooms, a new Family Locker room, a new gunite whirlpool, new aerobic studios, a new teen center and a new bathroom. The sitework consists of a new parking lot with new drainage structures and underground ground water recharge system, retaining walls and parking lot reconfiguration.
