Renovate 17K of existing vacant space into laboratory space consisting of the following labs: Customer Education Lab, Northeast Sales & Advanced Technology Lab, Technical Service Lab, Biotherapeutics Lab, Life Science Lab, Product Marketing/Chemical Analysis/Market Development/ Pharmaceutical Market Development Lab. The project includes 2 new chillers, 2 new boilers, installation of a 28’ tall nitrogen supply tank, custom removable panels, custom built column cabinets, Lab equipment and furnishings, and miles of mechanical wiring and piping.
