Propane Division

R.H.White’s Propane Division, East Coast Utilities Construction (ECUC), provides planning, design, and consulting for many types of propane projects, including new construction, additions, upgrades, and repairs. The division also provides personnel training to ensure safe, trouble-free plant operations, and furnishes technical assistance and construction crews to upgrade existing systems or install new systems for compliance with all code requirements.
