Upgrade to the City’s Headworks equipment, and installation of new microturbine system to harness the onsite methane gas and turn it into an energy source to power/heat the onsite buildings.

  • Construct a 38’8” x 26’ CMU block and steel joist and deck building w/ a membrane roof.

  • CHP Building Electrical and HVAC installations.

  • Installation of (3) 65kW Microturbines and (1) Gas Conditioning Skid to pro-cess and harvest the methane digester gas.

  • Installation of welded steel interconnecting piping be-tween Microturbines and the Gas Conditioning Skid.

  • Cutting & Capping of existing Digester gas line and re-routing of that line into the CHP building to be run through the newly installed CHP Equipment.

  • Replacement of (3) Sludge Pumps and connecting DIP, (1) Spiral heat.
