This private wastewater treatment facility was constructed exclusively to treat the waste generated from the nearby state-of-the-art Linden Ponds Retirement Community currently in phase two of construction. Treated water is discharged into the ground at a nearby golf course and is eventually reclaimed for use in irrigation. The 153,000 gallon per day Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) plant is sized to double capacity in the future as the development expands. R.H.White built this facility under a Construction Management agreement with Erickson Retirement Community that included a shared savings option.
