R.H.White constructed the Irrigation Pump House, Water Booster Station and the Sanitary Pump Station at the new course. This included substructure encased piping, construction of the buildings, all mechanical piping, installation of pump skids, and all field devices such as chlorine analyzers, level transmitters and flow meters. These new pumps systems also included SCADA and radio controls. The buildings themselves were constructed with a rustic detail utilized in the tribal structures including rough shakes, cedar trim work, and a copper cupola and eyebrow dormer. Site work for a new 800,000 gallon water storage tank was also completed and required the blasting and removal of over 12,000 cubic yards of ledge. Utility connections from the pump house to the tank were also installed including two water lines, two sample lines and the 16” irrigation main.
