Design/Build Project - Construction of combined sewer overflow facility (CSO), associated piping and equipment, CSO operations building, screenings structure and chlorine contact tank.

Construct new Waste Actuated Sludge Thickener Facility, mixed sludge well and sludge piping.
Replacement of three influent screw pumps with influent submersible pumps while maintaining headworks operation.
Construction of odor control system consisting of covers over existing tanks, FRP ductwork and odor control scrubbers.
