Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion included demolition of existing equipment, installation of new equipment and yard piping, without disrupting operation of the plant. The expansion in-creased the capacity of the WWTP to accommodate the expansion of the Foxwoods Resort and Casino, specifically the 900-room MGM Grand at Foxwoods.
