Estimator - Mechanical Division

Seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our Estimating Department. The successful candidate must have:

• Demonstrated experience performing Mechanical Estimations for process piping on water, wastewater treatment pumping stations, treatment plants, natural gas plants, and industrial piping systems.

• Experience reviewing bid specifications, drawings, attending pre-bid meetings, soliciting pricing from subcontractors and vendors, and performing complete take-offs and pricing on the work to be performed.

• Significant experience negotiating subcontracts and purchase orders and will post bid duties to include organizing and setting up a project for transfer to operations.

• Must be self-motivated, well organized, and have demonstrated excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate must have 5 to 8 years of demonstrated work experience as a Mechanical Process Piping Estimator. A BS Degree in a construction engineering related discipline along with excellent computer skills, particularly with Timberline Estimating Software, are absolutely essential.
