A unique feature of R.H.White’s workforce is its long record of loyal service. Many of the Companies’ employees have served thirty, forty, and even fifty and more years here, contributing to an aggregate total of 3,788 years of employee service. Multiple family members and multiple generations of the same families are common among the company rolls.

Training
