This major plant upgrade included modification of the existing dewatering building and conversion of the existing final clarifier and sludge holding tank into an unthickened sludge holding tank. Ultimately, this 500,000 gallon per day Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) contained a 600 sq. ft headworks building, a 665 sq. ft. disinfection building with ultraviolet equipment, a 5800 sq. ft. process building, two SBR basins, and two post-equalization basins with aeration and pumping equipment. |
